Ihre Aufgaben
  • Proaktive Unterstützung bei allen im Assistenzbereich anfallenden organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben für einen Partner und vier weitere Rechtsanwälte
  • Terminmanagement (Planung, Koordination, Überwachung)
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Formatierung von Korrespondenz und Schriftsätzen in MS Word
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mandatsakten
  • Reiseplanung, -buchung und -abrechnung
  • Zeiterfassung im branchenspezifischen Abrechnungssystem
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen in PowerPoint und Excel-Tabellen
  • Unterstützung bei Akquisemaßnahmen
  • Planung und Mitgestaltung von in- und externen Legal-Veranstaltungen
Ihr Profil
  • Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit (Gerne in der Hotelbranche oder Projektmanagement)
  • Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich mit
  • Sie sind motiviert und leistungsbereit
  • Sie bestechen mit Ihrem freundlichen und offenen Wesen sowie Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind fit im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP wünschenswert
