Job Title: Global Performance and Succession Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global performance and succession initiatives. As a key member of our Talent team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless user experiences for employee performance development and growth across the world.

Your mission will be to drive global alignment and improve the quality of our performance review and talent management processes and practices. You will lead initiatives to support employee development, collaborate cross-functionally, and standardize global performance and talent development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global initiatives to support employee development and collaboration
  • Drive global alignment and improve performance review and talent management processes
  • Standardize global performance and talent development processes
  • Work with People Technology and People Analytics teams to deploy technology and systems
  • Provide reporting and data analytics to drive process improvements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM
  • Experience in succession planning and talent reviews on a global level
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in leadership development programs
  • Empathy and high emotional intelligence
