Java Developer/Developer for PCS

We are seeking two experienced Java developers to join our team at DAKOSY in a full-time and permanent position.

About the Role

  • Design and develop solutions and architectures for entire system landscapes
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and operation
  • Analyze, estimate, implement, and test user stories in interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop software using the latest technology stacks based on Spring or JEE, with JavaScript-based frontends like React
  • Contribute to exciting and innovative projects for our customers in the logistics industry
  • Use relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and IBM DB2

About You

  • Completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Java, database design, SQL/JDBC, and JavaScript
  • Desirable knowledge of the logistics industry and experience with focus topics such as microservices, continuous delivery (with Jenkins), Docker, and Kubernetes or automated testing
  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level) in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
