We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our team at Cuculus GmbH. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that address utility challenges worldwide.

About the Role
  • Design and develop holistic ecosystems to meet energy market requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on our software platform ZONOS and smart metering landscapes.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, customer, and development teams for project-related questions.
  • Support internal teams through active communication between customer requirements and technical solutions.
  • Implement workshops and training on technologies, products, and application scenarios.
  • Commission our technical solutions in test and live systems.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems in the test and operation phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud services providers.
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Proficient with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in infrastructure as code.
  • Strong background in Linux system administration.
  • Automation scripting in Bash and Python (nice to have).
  • Experience in managing SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • You hold an apprenticeship/study in the IT / TK environment or at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • You have first experience in cooperation with international customers in technically demanding projects.
  • You have a good understanding of IT systems and security.
  • You ideally have experience in the energy market.
  • Occasional traveling is no problem for you.
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
