About the Role
The Store Manager is a key position within Max Mara Fashion Group, responsible for ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives and the proper functioning of the store through planning, management, and development, in compliance with the company's management rules and the Brand's image.
Key Responsibilities
- Autonomous Management of the Retail store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Building and Maintaining Customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
- HR Personnel management, including scheduling, recruiting, and training of store staff.
- Reporting to the Relevant Supervisor on targets versus monthly results, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Visual Merchandising Management in the shop, including window displays and in-store promotions.
- Supervising cashier operations, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
- Business planning according to retail KPIs, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising metrics.
- Effective operations management, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance.
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Customer-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Expertise in Retail Store management, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Advanced Team Leadership and Motivation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate store staff.
- Strong Organizational and Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent in German and English language, with Italian and Russian considered as a plus.
