Material Handler

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving goods and inspecting them for quality and quantity
  • Storing raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials in a safe and organized manner
  • Supplying production with raw materials and ensuring timely delivery
  • Picking and packing goods for customer orders and conducting outgoing goods inspections
  • Removing goods from storage and dispatching them in compliance with legal requirements and transport safety regulations
  • Assisting with permanent inventory in the warehouse and maintaining accurate records
  • Receiving, checking, and forwarding returns and complaints
  • Unloading tankers and ensuring safe handling of hazardous goods

Qualifications:

  • Completion of training as a warehouse specialist or logistics specialist
  • Compliance with legal and internal safety regulations, with a focus on error-free dispatch of goods
  • Hold a forklift license and possess excellent teamwork, flexibility, and reliability skills
  • Experience with hand scanners and SAP posting, as well as handling hazardous goods
  • Ability to work in a two-shift system
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills
