As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing overall Cabin & Cargo in WB Programme governance, accountable for parts of the WB programme cabin & cargo governance, and decision-making for parts of the Programme strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Representing overall Cabin & Cargo in WB Programme governance
* Accountable and responsible for parts of the WB programme cabin & cargo governance
* Decision and application of parts of the Programme strategy, incl. continuous improvement
* AOP budget allocation and decision making for dedicated budget lines
* Agile Project Management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Completed studies in the field of Electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering or a comparable qualification
* Over two years of professional experience in the field of Configuration Management, Manufacturing / Production, Aircraft construction, Aerospace, Process improvement, Quality management
* Good knowledge of change, project and risk management
* Good knowledge of ICC
* Fluent in German and English
* High level of autonomy and ability to travel (about every 2 months)
