Baettr, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Expert to join our Group Technology function. Our presence in Lem, Denmark, and Tianjin, China, with several machining service providers in Denmark, China, and India, requires a skilled professional like you. As our new Manufacturing Expert, you will be integral to the Group Technology function, supporting our machining sites and Sourcing Function with technical expertise and knowledge sharing.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize machining processes to produce customer components.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and provide design optimization for lower production costs.
- Design and develop both machining tools and CNC programs, verifying them through 3D simulation.
- Implement new items in cooperation with Site colleagues.
- Continuously improve production processes by introducing new methods and tools or optimizing CNC programs.
Professional Qualifications:
- Industry Technician or similar engineering background.
- Extensive theoretical and practical CNC skills and experience.
- Familiarity with advanced Siemens G-code programming (EdgeCam, Solid Works, Vericut SW).
Personal Qualifications:
- Drive own area of responsibility.
- Ability to focus and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with international communication with technical and commercial personnel.
- Excellent English language skills.
