Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Referent to join our team at Creditplus Bank AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, as well as collaborating with the Corporate Law Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on complex contractual agreements with business partners and service providers, taking into account relevant regulatory requirements in German and English.
  • Participate in major bank projects, such as M&A transactions, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and maintain standard forms and contracts used by the bank.
  • Review contracts submitted by business partners and ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve legal issues and disputes.
  • Review marketing materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the Head of the Legal Department in their absence.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of the Legal Department on changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of German and English law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
