About the Role

As a key member of our growing HR Operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and employment legislation
  • Managing and optimizing our HR service catalogue, handling employee inquiries and HR Operations Tickets
  • Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related queries
  • Knowledge transfer and organization of learning within the HR operations team
  • Collaborating with various teams on implementing new technologies and processes
  • Contributing to global and regional HR projects

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational HR
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge and translate it into precise advice on standard policies and procedures
  • Commitment, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work across departments and countries
  • Proficient in Office 365, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
