Join Our Team as a Store Manager in Aachen

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Zara store in Aachen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English
