Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Produce technical deliverables in concept and FEED (front-end engineering design) studies.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of five members.
- Customer Solutions: Bridge sales and technology, supporting customers with tailored solutions and resolving technical issues.
- Problem Solving: Innovate non-standard solutions with a holistic approach to complex problems.
- Project Engineering: Design customized solutions for large industrial plants, manage documentation, and handle deviations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree in process, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Several years in plant design for large industrial process plants and managing multi-million euro projects.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with PEM electrolysers or other industrial electrochemical process equipment.
- Skills: Independent, systematic, structured, and strong communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English or German.
