Procurement Coordinator (m/f/d) Order Management

in the Order Management department at our Kassel Waldau location for HÜBNER Transportation GmbH

  • Accurate and precise monitoring and coordination of appointments, orders, and inquiries
  • Take over operational procurement tasks for various articles from different product groups, from ordering to receipt
  • Record and maintain master data in SAP MM
  • Active participation in interdisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative development projects
  • Contribute your own ideas to the further development of products

Your past story:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or similar qualification required
  • First-hand experience in the procurement field is desirable
  • Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems, particularly SAP MM, is an advantage
  • English language skills are welcome
  • Communicative personality with a confident demeanor and team-oriented mindset
  • Meticulous and structured work approach with an eye for details and overall plans and goals
