We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Cologne, Germany. As a key member of our European Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and building a strong employer brand across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for Europe, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage and improve the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Drive employer branding and communication projects to attract top talent.
  • Ensure reporting and analysis of talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions.

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in international talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with knowledge of additional European languages a plus.
  • Confident and outgoing personality, with a passion for people and a drive to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
