Customer Support and Operations Specialist

Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with customer support, operational tasks, and process improvement initiatives.
- The successful candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives, with the ability to analyze workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Fluency in English and one additional European language (German, Italian, French, or Spanish) at C1 level.
