About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Garden Department team at OBI. As a Garden Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in creating their dream gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right garden products and providing expert advice on garden design and maintenance.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and trends in the garden industry to provide informed advice to customers.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
