Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest support, including accommodation matters, through the management of passes, keys, meal cards, and parking permits.
  • Handle secretarial tasks and provide clarity on the phone, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize guests' leisure activities through sports and leisure facility bookings and bicycle rentals, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Ensure compliance with house rules and maintain the security log, upholding the highest standards of security and safety.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training in the hotel and catering industry, with a strong foundation in hospitality and customer service.
  • Three years of work experience at the reception of a lodging establishment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Precision, organizational skills, independent and confident work style, with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility.
  • Very good German language skills (at least B2 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
