Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstütze das Management bei der Entwicklung des Geschäfts für Modern Data Plattform Solution, indem du Sales-Aktivitäten, Account Management, Workshops und Präsentationen durchführst
  • Entwickle deine eigene Führungskraft, nutze die angebotenen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und teile deine Erfahrungen mit anderen Teamleitern
  • Suche nach Kundenkommunikation und Workshops, die dich inspirieren, technische Lösungen in echte Business-Fälle umzusetzen
  • Arbeite in einem hybriden Umfeld, das einen individuellen Mix aus Remote-Working, Zeit im Büro oder bei Kunden vor Ort bietet
  • Unterstütze Deutschlandweite, branchenübergreifende Projekte mit großen und mittelständischen Kunden und trage dazu bei, dass die Innovations- und Vielfaltskultur von Cluster Reply gefördert wird
  • Arbeite in einem Team mit starkem Teamgefühl, flachen Hierarchien und einem persönlichen, familiären und wertschätzenden Miteinander
  • Benefiziere von einer Vielzahl externer und interner Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Zertifizierungen
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Fachbereichen mit IT-Bezug, fließend Deutsch und Englisch, gute Organisation, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein unternehmerisches Denken sind wichtige Voraussetzungen für diese Rolle
  • Bringe mehrjährige Erfahrung in agilen Projekten im Bereich Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence und Cloud Analytics sowie die systematische Analyse mit
  • Zeige deine Fähigkeit, Stakeholder von deinem Vorgehen zu überzeugen und komplexe Kundenanforderungen in praktikable Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Zeige dein zukunftsorientierteres Denken rund um die Themen Microsoft Azure Data Stack (Synapse, Purview, Data Lake) und Azure-Integrations-Diensten (Azure Data Factory bzw. Dataflows)
