Product Manager Digital Orthotics and Prosthetics

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Global Product Management O&P Business Solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our patient care treatments.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for software/hardware solutions and custom-made devices in the patient care environment to accelerate business and treatment outcomes.
  • Analyze market requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer/patient journeys and evaluate requirements for custom-made prosthetic components and processes.
  • Develop sustainable business models and validate products and product concepts with customers.
  • Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Patient Care Clinics, and other partners to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage the life cycle of custom-made prosthetic portfolios.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering, informatics, economics, or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and willingness to dive into details.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical and business requirements.
  • Persuasiveness and confidence in presenting complex issues.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, with any additional languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
