Strategic Dealer Network Director

Job Title: Strategic Dealer Network Director

At KION Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Dealer Network Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to support our regions and countries in defining and optimizing the 'Linde' approach with our Dealer Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define the Linde Dealer network footprint across EMEA, including location and geographical sales density
* Support with succession planned and new dealer openings/partnerships
* Participate in M&A activities by providing key information and support during transactions
* Work in a large stakeholder network across the regions and our headquarter functions to co-define and deploy the
* Establish targets and KPIs to conducting regular review meetings to steer and manage the business
* Work with the regions and legal team to develop and maintain contractual policies and a dealer certification program
* Analyze leading indicators across both sales and service to predict potential challenges
* Collaborate with the regions and our international Key Account department to maximize the customer experience and optimize service levels

Requirements:

* Business degree, e.g. Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field
* Sound professional experience in the field of dealer relationships or a similar role in the material handling industry
* Deep understanding of the relevant processes in the industrial sector (B2B) and an understanding of legal and regulatory practices in EMEA in matrix organizations
* Extensive experience turning data into insights and actions to create sales strategies
* Strong team-oriented way of working, implementation strength and initiative
* Fluency in German and English; another European language could be a benefit
