About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our Wuppertal location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of new products and specifications, collaborating with development, procurement, logistics, quality management, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the seamless integration of new products and specifications in collaboration with development, procurement, logistics, quality management, and production teams.
- Process customer inquiries and detail project plans.
- Compile and evaluate project documents, including capturing requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and accompany customer acceptance, internal process support for new production processes.
- Develop production concepts and create work instructions for assembly lines.
- Prepare presentations and participate in FMEA's.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the automotive or supplier industry.
- Experience in data analysis and knowledge of machining technology.
- Strong organizational and technical skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a high level of responsibility and cost awareness.
