Head of Human Resources Manager

Our client is a leading financial services provider in the German-speaking region. With over 1,000 customers worldwide, they offer a wide range of services to multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and private equity funds. The company has multiple locations in Germany, Europe, and the UK.
In recent years, the company has experienced strong organic growth of over 30%. As a result, the requirements for human resources have increased accordingly.
Responsibilities- As the head of human resources, you will be responsible for the operational management of the personnel department and will be responsible for all personnel-related topics.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a modern HR management system to support the company's development.
- You will drive the continuous development, modernization, and digitalization of our HR processes and ensure their implementation across the company.
- You will be the first point of contact for all personnel strategy topics and will implement them accordingly.
- You will provide advice and support to the management, executives, and employees on all personnel-related issues.
- You will work on cross-departmental projects and contribute your expertise.
- Completed business or law degree with a focus on personnel or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge in strategic and operational personnel work, particularly in the areas of recruitment, personnel development, and employer branding.
- Sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process and project management as well as experience in change management.
- Your excellent communication and advisory skills, combined with loyalty, empathy, and persuasiveness, make you a valuable team member.
- A high level of service orientation and a hands-on mentality are a matter of course for you.
- You are creative and willing to shape, convincing and communicative, and you enjoy building up.
You come from an innovative, methodically well-developed company and can bring your practical knowledge to us. You are proficient in the relevant tools of modern personnel work and bring both conceptual strength and the necessary change management competence.
