Senior Product Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to join our team in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich, or Leipzig with a mobile office option.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role as soon as possible. The estimated salary for this position is €90,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job- The Senior Product Strategist will be responsible for planning and executing the life cycle of our online comparison products according to our strategy.
- This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer insights, and working closely with UX, development, key account management, marketing, and customer service teams.
- The successful candidate will support the vision, mission, strategy, and direction of their product and analyze, define, and steer the goals and metrics that drive success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Capture a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work by efficiently reconciling business goals, user needs, and implementation efforts.
- Evaluate if solutions have solved problems through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in betas and after full release.
- Work in a sociocracy organized team to identify and shape the business model of your product or service and to identify its biggest risks and opportunities.
The successful candidate will be accountable for transparent alignment with all involved stakeholders to ensure smooth expectation management and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
