Job Title: Medical Representative South
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team in the South region. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting EssilorLuxottica's products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disseminate scientific and technical information on our products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager.
- Monitor results and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Support the growth of Stellest, Varilux, and Light Management solutions in coordination with the Medical Affairs Manager and business.
- Track post-education impact performance metrics and reschedule complementary actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Completed training as an optician.
- Scientific and clinical knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
- Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
- 5+ years of sales experience in practice or in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
- Driven for results and autonomous.

External: Eye Care practitioners (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians, Orthoptists); Professional and Scientific Associations, Schools
