We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Assembly Specialist to join our team at MB ATECH GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in battery assembly.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the entire battery assembly process, from raw materials to final product testing.
- Develop and maintain expertise in handling anode, cathode, and stack (jelly roll) components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize battery production processes and quality control.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Completed studies or further training in a technical field, such as electrical engineering or materials science.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in battery assembly or a related field.
