Workplace Team Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assume technical and disciplinary responsibility for the Workplace team.
  • Identify and develop individual strengths and opportunities for all team members.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the team and its processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and take responsibility for their implementation.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to leverage synergies and achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • First experience in a leadership position, with a passion for motivating and developing people.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent conceptual skills, with the ability to think creatively and proactively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with client management (OS, software, asset management), Workplace security architecture, and Microsoft 365 is desirable.
