Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Operations to join our agile team at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, including Deutsche Bahn, on complex system landscapes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS Cloud, Data Warehouse, Oracle Siebel, Linux and Windows servers, and marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Take ownership of operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the further development and optimization of our CRM processes and system-technical implementation of customer requirements.
  • Provide 2nd level support, including on-call duty.
Your Profile:
  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux, and Windows Server, with additional experience in data warehousing, NoSQL, cloud infrastructure, Siebel, and/or IT monitoring a plus.
  • Basic understanding of shell scripting and virtualization/containerization (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a business context.
