Project Manager for Industrial Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Industrialization team at RAFI. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex customer requests in the field of innovative technologies such as E-Mobility, Medicine, Automotive, and Industrial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the development of project requirements with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Manage and control project documentation and communication
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in the field of industrialization or a related field. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of industrialization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
