Job Description

As a Chief Geriatrician, you will be responsible for leading the team in the Acute Geriatrics and Early Rehabilitation Clinic. Your key tasks will include:

  • Leading the team in the development and implementation of high-quality patient care strategies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Developing and implementing training programs for junior doctors and medical students
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Participating in the development of the hospital's strategic plan and goals

Requirements

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
