**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up, monitor, and optimize affiliate ad campaigns to ensure maximum performance
* Manage day-to-day AdOps flow, ensuring tracking reliability, troubleshooting, and best yield
* Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve ad-serving issues
* Leverage Business Intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
* Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations
* Assist in testing new ad formats, technologies, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency
* Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks

**Your Profile:**

* 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing
* Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing space
