Payroll Specialist

Als Spezialist:in für Payroll und Entgeltabrechnung bei BIOTRONIK sind Sie Teil eines globalen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung, Produktion und Vermarktung von Medizinprodukten auf höchstem Niveau spezialisiert hat.
Wir suchen nach einer engagierten und zuverlässigen Person, die unsere Entgeltabrechnung für Deutschland und die Schweiz sicherstellt. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung, die Erfassung und Pflege von entgeltrelevanten Daten im SAP-System sowie die Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungsaktivitäten.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
- Erfassung und Pflege von entgeltrelevanten Daten im SAP-System
- Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungsaktivitäten
- Beratung und Information der Mitarbeiter in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
- Korrespondenz mit Ämtern, Behörden und Krankenkassen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im aktuellen deutschen Arbeits-, Tarif-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Kenntnisse im Bereich betriebliche Altersvorsorge wünschenswert
