Internal Auditor

Job Title: Group Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in examining the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, business control, and governance processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standard audit assignments, including planning, process analysis, risk assessment, business control design, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Identify and analyze the causes of inefficient practices and assess alternatives that might yield desired results.
• Monitor the effective implementation of recommendations and prepare comprehensive, documented reports addressing pertinent recommendations and action plans.
• Present audit reports to the Executive and Audit Committees.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a prior experience in a public accounting or auditing firm being an asset.
• ACCA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or related certifications are strong advantages.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and French or English and German, with knowledge of Luxemburgish being a plus.
