About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4/Hana Consultant Service professional to join our team at Zeppelin GmbH. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and expansion of SAP After-Sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the upkeep and enhancement of SAP After-Sales processes.
  • Support the company-wide implementation of SAP S4/Hana from a GreenField approach, leveraging your expertise in the S4/Hana Service area.
  • Take ownership of requirement intake, consolidation, and coordination, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and implement solutions, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide IT technical expertise during analysis and concept development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of requirements into the development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Support end-users with process-related queries and error analysis, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Draft and maintain documentation for existing and new functionalities, processes, and solutions.
  • Prepare and moderate project-specific meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for various stakeholders, focusing on process improvements and best practices.
  • Manage testing activities, including execution, documentation, and coordination, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a strong service-oriented background.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with S4/Hana, particularly in the S4/Hana Service module.
  • Familiarity with related modules (e.g., SD, SCM, eWM, aATP, TM) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new and complex topics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
