We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Specialist - Refugee Support at our Central Accommodation Facility in Marl.

In this role, you will work closely with our pedagogical team to provide support and care to children and teenagers who have fled war and persecution and are seeking a new life in Germany.

As a Childcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping these young people settle into their new surroundings and integrate into German society.

• Provide individualized care and support to children and teenagers
• Assist with daily activities and routines
• Help children and teenagers to develop social and emotional skills
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless support
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans

• Completed education in pedagogy, social work, or a related field
• Experience working with children and teenagers in a care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages an asset)
