• Lead and coordinate construction site activities to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
• Plan and set up the construction site according to project requirements and specifications.
• Organize and manage work tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate work steps with the construction team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure proper execution of tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively with the site manager and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain and upkeep machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Completed vocational training in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Leadership experience and team player qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Organizational skills and assertiveness, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Stress-resistance, flexibility, and reliability, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity, with the ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
