Artwork Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Artwork Project Manager to join our team at SGK Germany GmbH.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a logical approach, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities include gathering, managing, and coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating the pack change process, managing and maintaining project and job status trackers, and communicating key milestones and critical path timelines to all key stakeholders.

Briefing & Approval Process

The Artwork Project Manager will be responsible for collating 'accurate' briefs and submitting them to the production centre.

They will also be responsible for collating amends and briefs to the production centre, co-ordinating and leading pre-artwork meetings, and advising on print and technical feasibility on all assigned projects.

Relationship Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and developing effective & positive working relationships across the client, and print supply chain.

They will also be responsible for fully understanding and appreciating client's culture, reflecting this in behaviour and ways of working, and representing SGK professionally at all times at all levels of management within the client.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a logical approach, and strong project management skills.

They will also have strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials, attention to detail, and experience in using Microsoft Office.

Personality/Work Style:

The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-starter who is able to work independently/autonomously.

They will also be a good listener and able to demonstrate strong empathy skills, with a strong process orientation and capable and effective leadership skills.
