Supply Chain Manager with Global Reach

Project A Ventures is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Berlin. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's logistics strategy and ensuring smooth business operations.

The company's distinct competitive advantage lies in its ability to organize the supply chain through digital innovation, eliminating middlemen and embracing tech-first and AI solutions. Their proprietary platform technology facilitates supply and demand matching, cloud inventory management, fulfillment solutions, and fintech capabilities.
With 75+ FTEs located across Germany, China, and India, the company is on track to achieve profitability and has generated triple-digit million GMV. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with top-tier investors, including Project A Ventures and Angels, as well as some of the best market experts.
About the Role- Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs.
- Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe.
- Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth, and engineering teams.
- Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management.
- Improve and grow daily on a personal level, pushing for operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
- Data-driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence.
- Fluent in French (German is a huge plus).
- Scaled logistics operations across different countries.
- Strong commercial mindset.
- Independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, fast-paced is in your DNA.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders.
