About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Coty Consumer Beauty. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for our beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including brand managers, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans, including product launches and promotions.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, including social media content, email templates, and sales collateral.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 semesters of relevant work experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
