Our mission is to provide seamless, cost-effective, and transparent customs processes for e-commerce shops. Our Customs Team is at the forefront of this mission, ensuring smooth outbound and return processes that eliminate delays, extra charges, and inconvenience for our clients.
### Key Responsibilities
* Design tailor-made solutions for key customers and independently design solutions for smaller accounts, ensuring successful implementation.
* Promote our customs solution to potential clients.
* Collaborate with sales, key account management, and operations to develop and enhance our offerings.
* Develop a deep understanding of market trends to maintain our competitive edge.
### Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in project management with a focus on business development activities.
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.
* Eagerness to learn and enthusiasm for logistics processes.
* Experience in logistics or a related field is a plus.
* Fluency in English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages.
