Human Resources Management and Organizational Development Assistant

About the Role:

This position is part of the Human Resources Management and Organizational Development team at Hochschule Pforzheim. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of educational activities, publications, and events related to HRM and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to prepare educational activities, workshops, and conferences on current HRM and organizational development topics.
  • Support the development and publication of research papers, articles, and other materials related to HRM and organizational development.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating practical events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the program, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Provide support to students, applicants, and alumni, including answering queries, providing information, and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR tasks, such as recruiting and job placement, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level) and able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
