Job Title: Inline Sales Champion EMEA

About the Role:

X-Rite GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Inline Sales Champion EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our Inline Product Portfolio across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow regional revenues by owning, meeting and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets
  • Coach local sales managers with support of the EMEA Sales Team Leader
  • Become the Inline expert with the sales team
  • Monthly funnel management and funnel review with local sales manager to drive quarterly and 2-year funnel
  • Key Account Management of large accounts, managing buying centers in different EMEA countries with support of team members to ensure customers experience the same standards across the globe
  • Support the launch of new products and train local sales managers
  • Proactively leverage success stories across the sales teams

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in electrical, mechanical or color degrees with two to five years sales or related technical sales experience
  • Direct selling experience in a business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the selling cycle for capital equipment from negotiation to close
  • Ability to travel 50-70% of the time in EMEA to customers and visit R&D sites
  • Language skills: German and English (fluent), with every additional language being an asset
  • Ownership, resilience, growth mindset, and self-driven problem-solving skills
  • Attractive base salary and commission plan, company car, and remote working location
