About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at ZF Group. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits of domestic and foreign companies within the ZF Group, with a focus on regularity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Conduct special audits, consulting services, and improvement projects to enhance business processes and operations.
• Coordinate audit results with responsible management and report to Group management.
• Identify, test, and evaluate business-critical processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company requirements.
• Contribute to and further develop risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or similar.
• Professional experience in internal auditing of an international company.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience in English.
• Careful working style, assertiveness, and good communication skills combined with a confident demeanor and strong organizational, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
