Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled customer support representative to join our team at Exide Technologies GmbH. As a customer support liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the voice of the customer inside Exide and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Assure customer satisfaction, support problem-solving activities, and provide timely answers to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in new projects and product homologations, and monitor customer audits
  • Monitor and update KPIs related to the customer, including PPM, warranties, non-conformities, and claims status
  • Apply knowledge of international quality standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949
  • Utilize quality tools, including SPC, 8D, and FMEA, to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in an automotive company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in German and good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Knowledge of international quality standards and quality tools
