Job SummaryWe are seeking a committed Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical processes, communicating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring the smooth import of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistical processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Coordinate the import of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation
- Map all processes in the ERP system to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest logistics technologies and introduce new technologies where appropriate
- Profound experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of import principles and regulations
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and shipment documentation
- Good skills on ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) are an advantage
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German, further language skills are welcome
- Independent and conscientious working style
