Business Analysis Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Kia Europe. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze financial data from European subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of financial reporting and analysis tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels.
- Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
