Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Datenanalysten, der sich auf die Analyse und Modellierung von Daten in SAP R/3 und S/4 HANA spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte über eine fundierte Kenntnis der Datenanalyse und Business Intelligence verfügen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Datenmengen zu analysieren und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für Entscheidungsträger abzugeben.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Modellieren und Analysieren von Massendaten in SAP R/3 und S/4 HANA
  • Entwickeln von Logiken zur Weiterentwicklung von Wirtschaftsplanungen und Business Case Betrachtungen
  • Erkennen von Mustern und Zusammenhängen in den modellierten Daten
  • Sicherstellen einer robusten Datenqualität und deren kontinuierliche Optimierung in allen Systemen
  • Weiterentwicklung des gruppenübergreifenden Berichtswesens im ERP-System SAP R/3
  • Anfertigung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen sowie Analysen für alle Fachbereiche im Konzern
  • Weiterentwicklung des visuellen Berichtswesens für alle Unternehmenshierarchien im Konzern und des integrierten Planungsprozesses
  • Mitwirkung im Transformationsprozess von SAP R/3 zu SAP S/4 HANA
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Data Analyst oder im Bereich Business Intelligence
  • Erfahrung in der Versorgungswirtschaft sind von Vorteil
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit, SAP R3, S/4 HANA, SAP Queries oder anderen NON-SAP-BI-Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse mit MS Office-Produkten, speziell Excel, werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sie sind gut organisiert, arbeiten eigenständig und verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, souveräne und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes sprachliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen sowie Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus
