We are seeking a skilled Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team at DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

• Maintenance and Cleaning of Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned to prevent downtime and ensure a smooth production process.
• Process Optimization: Work with the production team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Production Planning: Ensure that production plans are met and that all deadlines are met.
• Material Management: Ensure that all necessary materials and production aids are available and in good condition.
• Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all production activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to production team members.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet quality standards.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Vorarbeiter/Schichtleiter (m/w/d) is desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the plastics processing industry or production is an advantage.
• Mobility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer Skills: Good knowledge of common computer tools.
• Language Skills: Excellent German language skills.
