We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
