Forest Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our forestry team as a Forest Supervisor (m/w/d). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our municipal forest.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in forestry and a proven track record of managing forest resources. They will be responsible for:

• Forest Management: Developing and implementing forest management plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of our forest resources.
• Woodland Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the health and safety of our forest.
• Natural Resource Management: Managing and maintaining our forest's natural resources, including wildlife habitats and water quality.
• Community Engagement: Collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to promote the value and benefits of our forest.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forestry principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with the physical demands of working in a forest environment.
