RLE Mobility GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Test Engineer (m/w/d) EXAM Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a test team in the field of electromobility
  • Conduct and analyze manual and automated tests on HIL/SIL and vehicle level
  • Commission and test control units with subsequent functional testing
  • Develop and automate test cases based on system/component specifications
  • Independently analyze and report test results across departments
  • Coordinate with suppliers to optimize test activities
  • Highly skilled in software and hardware testing
  • Occasional participation in foreign testing
Requirements
  • Completed technical or scientific studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience in coordinating and conducting function tests and commissioning tests in the automotive sector
  • High stress tolerance and proactive, result-oriented work style
  • Basic understanding of control units in PHEV and BEVs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common VW tools EXAM, ZDC, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANopen, Doors, ODIS, System 42, AVW, KVS
  • Advanced knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as Python, C#, Java, and CAPL
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential
